Ed Ruscha at the Gagosian

The Gagosian Gallery is currently exhibiting legendary painter Ed Ruscha’s collection of artist books, in a show entitled “Ed Ruscha Books & Co.” The tomes, which come from private sources as well as the artist’s own collection, survey Ruscha’s acclaimed take on the objects as documentary art. This is an interactive exhibit, so viewers can explore the pages of each book. The gallery also features works by over 100 contemporary artists that respond to Ruscha’s project.
